Gobi US’s customer service for returns is the worst I have ever seen in my many years of online shopping. No communication from Gobi and no refund. My order (6308) arrived on 21 September and as the colour wasn’t right I tried to request a return through the return portal on the same day. The portal kept telling me that my return could not be accepted, even though I was clearly within the 14 day returns window. I emailed Gobi US several times to seek assistance with how to return my order and then tried to phone during California business hours but no response. In order to meet the 14 day returns period, I posted the order back via tracked, registered, express mail (costing me AUD$50) and emailed Gobi US before and after doing so to inform them. I know from the tracking information that my package was delivered to Gobi US two weeks ago, but I have still heard nothing and my emails continue to go unanswered. My most recent email was sent a week ago to support-1@gobicashmere.com which is the contact email suggested by Gobi US in response to other poor reviews, but still no answer. Appalling.

incapable of delivering in the time as promised your delivery system incapable of excepting a legal address in another country when finally did receive garment wore it twice then notice hole appearing at shoulder seam (i have many cashmere garments (purchased elsewhere) that are looked after very well and not had a problem with any) - i was prepared to purchase many more garments - but NOT now as holes appearing at the seam/s - i no longer trust your so called quality

The sweaters I ordered arrived. The sizing was incorrect. The XL did not fit me. I got back on line only to find we could not return them as we live in Canada and you only accept US returns. I gave the sweaters to my son in law. At least one of us was pleased the purchase. We paid duty and with no returning I would not suggest shopping purchasing from your company.

Dear Maria Martin. Thank you for your review. As the parcel is handed over to DHL the delivery is out of our control. The tracking number was sent to you with the shipping confirmation email on 10th September. As you can track your parcel it's on the way to you. The delivery within Europe can take up to 14 days due COVID-19. The latest track & trace status shows: Fr, 18.09.2020, 13:56 The shipment has cleared customs in the destination country/destination area. Dear Susan Hopkins. Thank for your review. Your parcel is on the way to you. The shipping confirmation emal with the tracking number was sent to you on 7th September after the fulfillment and your parcel was handed over to our logistic partner DHL on 8th September. And after this the delivery process is out of our control. The delivery to Belgium can take up to 14 days. If the parcel is lost and you can't receive your parcel after 21 working days we are eligible to request an inverstigation at DHL. So we are asking you kindly for your patience and understanding. Hello, I haven't received an order No 9470, shipped 14.08.2020 as jou wrote. The carriers write that it is unable to find a match for the shipment number you have entered. We may not yet have received your parcel from your retailer. When we receive your parcel the tracking will be updated and we’ll send a notification to the contact details provided by the retailer when your parcel is out for delivery. Dear Mona, thank you very much for taking your time and leaving us a review. Please note that the pilling is a natural occurrence that should cause no worries. Pills are the little balls of fiber that start to gather on all cashmere products, typically in areas where there is friction. Gobi cashmere products pill only once or twice depending on the garment type. Pilling can be quickly removed with a cashmere comb or easily picked off by hand. Best Regards Gobi Cashmere

You were not replying to my emails for return so I could not return my things and now ended up with having something I don’t even like. It is the worst delivery I’ve experienced. Also I’ve been to your shop in Mongolia and the quality of the cashmere there is way better.

I shipped my order to Canada via your free USPS delivery waited 3 months and got no responses from corperate. Ended up having to refute charge via VISA. I would have appreciated an overnight FedEx service but no one could have this approved for me. Your products are good but your shipping is terrible to Canada I suggest you offer a better registered postal service as complimentary. Even Lululeon does this. Who’s price point is half of yours. Thanks

We are happy to let you know that we have expanded our online store and now have a dedicated online store for the US and Canada, which is physically located in LA, USA. Hence, the delivery time to the USA and Canada is reduced significantly. In fact, the estimated delivery time within the USA and Canada is now 5-7 days.
