“Never has been reimbursed and never received the order due to a bad service at the french post office….Will never recommend to order your brand through internet but only buying directly in the shop….”

“Das ist kein 100 % Kaschmir was Sie anbieten. Ich werde ein Test machen lassen und wenn ich Recht habe werden Sie meine Stücke ersetzen und den Test bezahlen. Ich habe über 20 Kaschmir Pullover aber keiner ist elektrisch und keiner verhält sich beim kämmen so wir der GOBI Pullover. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von Ihnen und fühle mich betrogen. Beste Grüße, R. Sehr geehrte Frau Zeisbrich, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns sehr Lied dass Sie zweifel an unserem Produkt haben. Gobi Cashmere ist die erste Kaschmir Fabrik der Mongolei und eine der Größten der Welt. Unsere Produkte werden aus 100% Kaschmir hergestellt und wir versichern Ihnen das. Es gibt aber wenige Ausnahmen wo wir neben Kaschmir auch 30% oder 70% Silk benutzen um das Produkt leicht und dünn dennoch strapazierfähig zu machen. In diesem Fall wird aber auf der Produktseite eindeutig geschildert dass das Produkt nicht aus 100% Kaschmir besteht, und dies können Sie auch auf dem Etikett des Produkts erkennen. Die Pullover, die Sie bestellt haben, wurden hingegen aus 100% Kaschmir hergestellt. Kaschmir ist ein Naturprodukt und wie alle andere nicht metallische Materialien kann Elektronen von der Oberfläche des Kaschmirs entzogen werden und somit kann es zu so genannte ''Statische Aufladung'' kommen. Es gibt aber Imprägnierungsstoffe, mit deren Hilfe man sämtlichen Oberflächen statisch nicht aufladbar machen kann. Wir nehmen an, dass die Hersteller ihrer Pullover solche Imprägnierung nutzen. Since then we have improved our return process and implemented Return portal, which our customers can use and easily create a free return label for her/his return 24/7.

“Items did not arrive, incorrect consignment number was given so could not track items. They were Xmas gifts and I had to spend money on alternative presents before the refund came through.”

Dear Owen, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We noticed that you have placed your order in late November 2019. During the time the UK branch of our logistics partner DHL had a problem with their delivery system and a few orders went missing and we had to cancel and refund the orders in order not to let the customers wait until the investigation of the parcels is done. Unfortunately, your order was one of them. However, we are happy to let you know that the issue with the delivery to the UK is now eliminated. “The cashmere item was acceptable - not as good as we had hoped but (just) acceptable. Because we were not so happy with it, we wanted to return it and tried to do so via the website the day it arrived. The website would only allow us a drop off point for the return parcel more than 200 miles away from where we live and the company did not respond to repeated requests for help to change this. I then had to undergo emergency bypass surgery and the day that I returned home tried again repeatedly to organise a return. For much more than a month this company did not respond to emails or to the chatbot for help in resolving this matter. Though we finally did get an email, I am unimpressed.”

“I ordered a single breast cashmere jacket. I got a good deal but there was inordinate delay to force me to ask for a refund. As soon as I was refunded the prices were hiked. I felt cheated and I think you are intentionally not shipping items which are priced high and are under discounts.”
