“I paid for 2 day shipping and it took over a week. Customer service said it was not their fault because of covid, and they would not return even a portion of the S&H. I continually had to contact them to even get an answer. If they couldn't deliver on time, then they should have contacted me so I could have purchased somewhere locally. I will never shop there again.”

“I ordered joggers which were pictured to be tailored/slim fit. I ordered size small (I normally wear a size 28-30x32) and the pants are NOT as pictured. They’re long enough for someone 6’8”, have a low drop crotch almost to my knees, and I could fit 3 legs inside each side. Do Not order if you’re looking for a slim fit pant that can be worn anywhere other than bed.”

“The robe seems very thin. I am very disappointed with the quality. Simply too expensive for the quality of the garment. As I bought get it on sale, I am unable to return the robe. If I had the choice it would certainly be returned as it is a disappointing gift for my daughter-in-law, I am embarrassed to give to her. I know that you will ignore this review, but I think important to let you know how disappointed I am. A response would be appreciated. Judith Scruton.”

“sweaters smells heavily of chemicals and sadly there is nonexistent customer service - they won't respond to emails or answer the phone - got a cashmere sweater that smells of chemicals, washed it multiple times to get the smell out but it's not coming out. Wrote them an email, and sadly they don't feel the need to respond.”
