“Ich habe mich sehr auf die Ware gefreut. Ich habe einen schwarzen Rollkragenpullover in 2 Mal XXL bestellt. Dieser Pullover viel so extrem klein aus, dass ich ihn erst gar nicht anprobiert habe. In der Regel passt mir XL- wenn er großzügig sitzen soll. Der andere Artikel- ein sandfarbener Rollkragenpullover - besaß eine wunderbare Haptik. Die Farbe war ebenfalls sehr schön - entsprach der Abbildung. Ich habe ihn ihn Größe L bestellt. Er passte zwar, aber das gewisse Etwas, den Sitz des Pullovers betreffend, fehlte. Schade, ich hatte mich so sehr gefreut, endlich das Thema Winterpullover „ abhaken“ zu können. Ich weiß noch nicht, ob ich einen weiteren Bestellversuch bei GOBI unternehmen werde. Barbara Wenske”

“I like the sweaters which I bought 2 years ago in Ulan Bator. Very high cashmere quality. The ones which I now bought online here in Germany do not have the same quality. I would rather pay a bit more and have better cashmere quality.”

“Sehr geerte Damen und Herren, ich würde mich freuen, wenn Sie die schöne Produkte nicht mehr in Plastiktüten schicken würden, sondern in einer Papiertüte. Die Zeiten ändern sich ständig und man muss etwas gutes für die Natur, und dementsprechen für uns selbst, machen. Die Umstellung auf Papier haben auch andere Firmen geschaft, ich bin mir sicher, dass Sie es auch tun können und sollten Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Denisa Falamas”

“The sizing of your sweaters is far too small, I ordered large size for a man but the sweater was only the size for a ladies medium. The quality was very good but far too expensive. I used the sweater as a gift for a young girl so it was not wasted.”

“I have kept the Cocoa jumper from this order even though it is a very different colour from that shown on your website. It is much darker. You have a lot of lovely colours but one cannot order with confidence if the colour reproduction is poor and the shipping cost so high. Personally I would rather be offered free shipping than a free hat or socks for which I have no use. The fit is good and particularly snug around the neck.”

“Auch wenn ich einen Schal und mein Mann einen Pullover behalten hat, ist die Ausbeute gering. Mir gefallen die Schnitte nicht und die tatsächlichen Farben sind zum Teil deutlich anders als im Internet. Auch die schwarzeinfärbungen sind eher grauschwarz als schwarz. Dann war mir nicht klar, wie ich mit den "Geschenken" umgehe. Ich hatte gelesen, dass ich sie zurückschicken muss, wenn ich Sachen zurückgebe. Aber zwei haben ich ja auch behalten?”

“Добрый день! Заказывала водолазку белого цвета коллекции Органик. Очень ждала этот заказ, т.к. уже полностью был продуман образ, не хватало только водолазки. Посылка пришла отлично упакована, но на рукаве водолазки оказался брак (см. фото). Очень расстроилась, что новая вещь с дыркой ☹️”

“Cardigan is ok but a small fit and cashmere feels quite rough which I am not used to.All my other cashmere garments are much softer in texture. My free socks are also too small . Ruth Davis”

“I've just ordered lovely fish bone knitted sweater. I own a lot of cashmere garments and unfortunately GObi isn't that sof as allude or Farhi...a little bit disappointed. “This was a gift for a colleague. Sadly she did not like it at all and found the sizing odd. She said the neck was too tight and the garment did not feel as luxurious as cashmere should - unlike the socks which felt great 🤷🏼‍♀️. Unfortunately I will be returning this garment”

“Selection would be much improved with more fitting jumpers and cardigans in classic styles: Tight fitting V necks, polar necks with high polar neck for warmth and fitting sports like jumpers with a short 1/3 zip at the front with a matching round neck to go underneath so you can layer. This would appeal to a younger audience as well. Your quality is very good and prices reasonable but I find the styles could be more classic and tight fitting and then I would buy many more at these prices. Also would love classic cable knit v necks in navy blue, grey , dark green, pale pink and pale blue. Good quality and good prices but seem a bit old fashioned styles and we want tight fitting young styles”
