Our logistics partner DHL had a technical problem at the time and unluckily your order was lost due to the problem. However, it is not a common error that happens, hence your second order will probably be delivered safe and sound. “I am sure your products are fabulous - i never received mine and had a refund - Becasue the carrier was Hermes in UK. They are notoriously bad and the parcel was 'lost in the depot' (usually its delivered to an unknown address or the path). There has also been a tv programme revealing they sell off to an auctionhouse, parcels that Have good addresses and tracking data. So unless you use a different carrier I will never buy from you again - sorry. Change your carrier in UK! Thanks Hilary”

However, we are currently exploring different pathways and carriers for our different markets for more rapid and safe delivery. “I am happy with the quality of products, but disappointed with customer service. I had a big order subjected to a free delivery. Due to webpage mistake I bought a pullover which was out of stock. Customer service didn't contact me in advance to propose to change a color and suggested to buy it separately for additional shipping fee.”

At the time we have had a certain number of orders which included partly out of stock articles because of a technical issue. In order not to let customers wait, we have quickly decided to immediately refund the sum for the missing items. Unfortunately, your order was one of these orders. “I only put acceptance reason being communicating with Gobi customer service online or Facebook was difficult when I first bought cashmere from this site. There is no indication of the number of plys and gauge used to knit the finished item. And I hope to see many designs and styles added to the cateloge and please bring back Organic cashmere pieces.”

“Plus: Die Produkte sind wirklich sehr schön! Würde sie weiter empfehlen. Aber: Minus: auf der Webseite scheint es einen Fehler zu geben. Habe x-mal per Formular, sowie per E-Mail eine Frage gestellt. Erhielt entweder direkt oder später Fehlermeldungen, sowie ein-, zweimal gar keine Antwort. Versuchte es sicher etwa 6mal, leider erfolglos. (Die Antwort zur Frage hat sich unterdessen erübrigt.) Dies ist der Grund für nur 3 Sternebewertung, vielleicht wird es ja gelesen und das Problem gelöst. Beste Grüsse, werde wieder mal bestellen!”

“Your products are worth their prices, however you should consider your methods of shipping. I will not order anything from you, as long as I have no other choice in cashmere offers. In other words, please pay more attention to international shipping methods. Thank you”

“The men's coat is lovely. However, the jumpers pill badly and they look very poorly even though they were washed only twice and with liquid wool detergent. Other cashmere jumpers I have, treated the same way, do not pill. Using the D-Fuzz It comb makes only a temporary difference.”
