“Quality very good but delivery very poor. Much too long a period from order places to delivery received. Also returns difficult / complex. If paperwork for returns included with goods it would make life easier. Use DHL 24 hr service to UK I order Brooks shoes and they arrive in 24 hrs !!”

“Seamless ordering and returns. Good quality product. Only negative was with 1st order for my sisters special birthday we got a free scarf. Got size wrong so order was returned and when I reordered I had to pay for scarf.”
