“I'm very pleased with the product and the gauge of the knit. It should endure for seasons to come. I think the sale reductions to keep most cardigans and pullovers in the $100.00 range is sensible.”

“I am very impressed with Gobi Cashmere. Incredible service and courtesy . Sadly the garment I ordered was not suitable, but the ease of returning was so efficient and a full refund is on its way. “The clothing is lovely, fits really well and the quality is really good. If only their business processes were better.. The 3 stars is because I ordered on Nov 25 and got the automated thanks for your email response. A week later I hadn't heard anything so I emailed then messaged them through the website. When I eventually got a reply they gave the "covid delays" excuse (after 9 months of the situation that wears a bit thin). The clothing was actually given to the courier Dec 7 and delivered Dec 14. So almost 3 weeks from order to delivery and it was only due to me emailing them that they dispatched it then. If I hadn't emailed I don't know how long it would have taken for them to contact me. So if you order in the UK just be aware of the extended processing time and probably start contacting them via the website sooner than I did to make sure your order gets processed in a timely manner.”

“My family and I love Gobi cashmere! They offer high quality cashmere for a fraction of the price you pay at the finer stores. The colors are vibrant, the feel is luxurious and I feel real good about the local people of Mongolia being a part of this company. I highly recommend Gobi Cashmere!”

“Some of the sweaters are nice and thick, yet some are the thinnest I've seen, you can see through them. Another problem is, some of them are mixed with a material I've never heard of (30% splendor?!) , when they say it is 100%cashmere. And they are bit more itchy than I am used to (and I actually have plenty of cashmere home to compare to) so overall, I don't think I will order again from this brand, sadly, I am disappointed. Delivery also took ages”
