“Die Strickjacke passt sehr gut und fühlt sich toll an. Die Sendungsverfolgung hat gar nicht funktioniert. Ich habe mehrere Tage nur die Mitteilung bekommen ,dass die Lieferung versandbereit sei. Ich habe versucht den Service telefonisch zu erreichen, da hat gar nicht geklappt. Eine Bandansage teilt mit,dass man Kontakt aufnehmen soll. Das sollte verbessert werden.”

“These are the most itchy cashmere sweaters I’ve ever worn. I have many others but this brand........I am unable to wear any of the 3 I purchased because they are just wayyyy too itchy. Was not worth the money I spent. I wish I could return them.”

“The robe seems very thin. I am very disappointed with the quality. Simply too expensive for the quality of the garment. As I bought get it on sale, I am unable to return the robe. If I had the choice it would certainly be returned as it is a disappointing gift for my daughter-in-law, I am embarrassed to give to her. I know that you will ignore this review, but I think important to let you know how disappointed I am. A response would be appreciated. Judith Scruton.”

“Der Shop ist sehr ansprechend und übersichtlich gestaltet. Es gibt gute Filtermöglichkeiten. Rücksende-Möglichkeit ist sehr einfach und intuitiv zu benutzen. Die Kleidung ist sowohl klassisch, aber auch tielweise sehr modern und flippig - eine sehr gute Mischung. Ich habe sicher nicht zum letzten Mal hier eingekauft.”

“Schnelle Lieferung, jedoch habe ich leider ein Loch im Achselbereich beim dunkelblauen Rollkragenpullover nach dem 1.Tragen festgestellt, was ich leider erst nach Ablauf der Rückgabefrist bemerkte...schade! Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Ware. Frage: Ist eine Rücksendung und Umtausch gegen Neuware bzw. Reperatur hier auch nach den 14 Tagen noch möglich? Vielen Dank, Julie.”
