“Dear Gobi, I recently ordered a dress. The shipment arrived extremely quickly. The dress is very soft, the dimensions fit the description. I also received socks as a gift. The socks are extremely large. When ordering, it was not possible to provide an approximate number, nor a choice between a hat or socks. Thanks. Dear Suzana, we are glad that you are pleased with your dress and we truly appreciate your feedback. Right after putting the products in your cart, you should be able to choose between a pair of socks and a hat as a gift, however, in order to change the gift after selecting one or another, you have to empty your card and put the products again. Since this process is not user friendly, I have now informed our IT department about the issue. Besides, we are planning to make the size of the gift socks selectable and you have indeed opted for our newsfeed. Best Regards Gobi Cashmere

“I am very happy with the quality of cashmere, all the products are true in size, the delivery was fast, but I do not like the requirement of signature on my packages. I had to take day off for this and I lost about 200 dollars, for this money I could buy one extra sweater usually all my packаges wait me near the doors. And it is a reason why i will not buy anymore. I work M-Sat from 9 am-5 pm. Our post offices work from 8.30 am-5.30 pm and I have not time to go here, only take day off.”

For your information, your shipping and billing addresses can be different. “I was pretty sceptical, after reading some comments, but I must say, totally unnecessary. I received my items within a week, all the items were of excellent quality. Cashmere is soft and very fine, the design is timeless, size is just as described. I loved it! I am ordering more next month!”

Please note that our logistics center (except for the USA and Canada, which is located in the USA) is located in Germany, therefore, international shipments outside of Europe can take up to 21 working days to be delivered. “The quality of the ordered cardigans is good, although the cashmere is not quite as soft as other cashmere clothes I own. The fit is good, albeit a little small in size, the buttons are neat and the colors match what I expected.”
