“I recently ordered 4 hellebores from Golden Valley Plants. They all arrived safely, well packaged and were all fabulously healthy, large plants, all blooming well. Unfortunately one plant had been mislabelled and wasn't the one I had ordered. After contacting the nursery, and after sending a photograph, they swiftly sent me the plant I ordered and gifted me the one sent in error - lucky me! “For some reason I only received the plants yesterday despite confirmation that they had been successfully delivered last Wednesday. The Manager of my apartment block checked cctv footage and no delivery had been made.
I now have my plants but they are in need of tlc. It is the first...and last time therefore that I will use your organisation or courier service.”
