We have been trialling some new pre-order software to allow customers to order our home-grown roses in advance of the availability date which was set at 29th Feb, unfortunately whilst we are still getting to grips with this new system, a few of our pre-ordered roses were marked as 'orders complete'. We have since rectified this and the great news is that the roses will be sent to customers before the end of February, which is even earlier than our original release date - your rose should be with you in the next few days. Any problems at all, then please don't hesitate to get in touch with - we are happy to help.

“I bought all these Helebore plants as I have bought before from Golden Valley plants: Winter Ballet Lola; Ice N’ Roses® Picotee; Ice N’ Roses® Early Rose; Ice Breaker® Max; Ice N’ Roses® White; Ice N’ Roses® Red; Ice N’ Roses® Bennotta. I really wanted to write a review because the packaging was great all in recyclable cardboard, the plants were in excellent condition when unpacked, not a mark on them, and are truely wonderful. I bought the larger size where I could as I felt these were the best vallue for money and they were perfect. I will definitely buy again later in the year as I have my eye on some other things and if I can squeeze in any more Hellebores I will be buying more.”

Thank you for for feedback. We have worked hard last year to develop our own bespoke packaging that will transport your precious plant cargo safely. The courier we now use is also well-versed in live plant deliveries and the added bonus is that we don't use any plastic in our packaging (apart from the pot which can be reused). Both are now in the ground and look very healthy. This is my first purchase from Golden Valley Plants and I will order again”
