"Following the success of my 1st monkfish curry, which was thoughoughly enjoyed by all I wanted to make another one, but the main problem was the cost of the fish. Then I came across Hamiltons & couldn't believe how much lower the price was compared to other suppliers. I added a pack of haddock to the order as my partner and I do enjoy fish & chips. The quality of both fish is absolutely outstang. The curry as before was gone in no time at all, the monkfish being nice & firm & full of flavour. We had the haddock last night & were equally as impressed. The fillets were both large & thick, my partner said it was the tastiest she'd ever had & I agree. Made up a beer batter using a southern fried chicked seasoning mix. The ordering process was quick & easy eith a smooth flawless quick delivery. Already bought another 3kg of haddock some of which I'll use to make fishcakes. \r\nI can't reccomend these guys highly enough for both price & quality of the fish they supply. Thank you guy's, more orders to come."
