“I can't give a higher review than 2 stars. My parcel from Hammer was despatched with Evri, who told me they would not deliver the parcel and that I should apply to Hammer for a refund. I did so and bought a copy of the bluray from HMV, then returned home and found Evri had delivered the original copy while I was out. Hammer have said they will refund my money once they have the spare copy, which I'm happy with. However, as long as they use Evri, I won't be ordering direct from them again.”

“The site is user friendly and easily navigable. Your customer service department, whom I have had experience of recently, is excellent in dealing with enquiries.
I do, however, have a problem with your release strategy. Why can't you release separate 4k and Blu-ray box sets which include all of the physical bonus material like the booklets, comics, art cards and posters? To force people like myself, who want the physical bonus material but don't have a 4k set-up, to buy an expensive set which includes a format I have no means of playing doesn't seem right.
Then there's your choice of courier, but that's another matter entirely.”

It is one of my favourites and always wanted a sequel. “Hammer is trying, however, with lacklustre movies like The Four Sided Triangle it is not going to get many people too excited. The next one is Shatter, not a great movie either. Thankfully Quatermass is after that so that is a must buy. Please Hammer, release a few gems and gain a following before releasing lesser-known titles.”
