“Bought 15 sheets of TGV off Harlow , they only had 12 in stock , so they couldn't deliver at the promised time. Ben Harley in E commerce went above and beyond to get the delivery to us . A couple of the sheets had some damage to the edge which I pointed out to Ben and he gave us a 40 pound refund . This means we are a very happy customer and will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others 👍👍”

“Excellent service, ordered 6 x 1.8 mtr 38 x 225 cm par redwood timber online and asked for it to be cut in half widthways, and it was all cut and ready when I arrived to collect it. The best experience I’ve had buying timber and will be going to Harlows for my timber needs from now on.”
