“Used them for years - great if you are going in to collect. However online sales lie. I booked the delivery two weeks ago. Two of us took time off work. Rang at 10 to ask for an estimated time. Was told late morning. Fine didn't do the other job I intended. However delivery did not arrive until 3pm. Lovely driver came here especially so it clearly hadn't been programmed. Needless to say the job is not done.”

“The plywood board was exactly as described and arrived well packed e.g. with corner protectors. Choosing the delivery date was useful and when I phoned the office on the day I was given a 1 hour delivery slot which was achieved - very pleasing.”

“Having found delivery problems of Keylite loft ladder supply from other stockists Harlow were excellent, on price ,delivery and especially the packing, which is so important on an item which could easily be damaged by carriers. Full marks to them for doing exactly what they promised. David G”
