Good Evening, How are you? We were concerned to read that you had not recieved your order so checked the delivery logs and can see a delivery on the 16th May. If there is an issue can you please contact us at: websales@harlowbros.co.uk and we will look into this for you with a matter or urgency.

Order did not arrive when stated. Had to chase the company for 2 days until they finally informed me the courier damaged it so decided not to deliver it, but failed to tell me or the company. Replacement sent out for delivery, only half received. Company said they had no idea why only half the delivery was sent. No surprise I won’t be using again and if you need a reliable company who actually knows what to send and when it’s been received I would look else where. Abysmal service which cost expensive delays to the job.

Drove 20 miles to pick a door up I’d ordered only to be told it wasn’t in stock even though the website said it was. Cost me £50 transport . Ordered from doors express and it cheaper with the delivery than it was for just the door from harlows.

Never received my order on Thursday. No communication at all. Paid a premium of £25 for shipping not to have anything delivered. We needed the items ordered for a project we wanted to do this past Easter weekend. Very disappointed

As soon as we were informed of the issue we sent a replacement order on express delivry at our cost to rectofy the issue. Unfortunately did not go well! I've just moved to the area and used the online ordering system. I arranged to collect from Derby branch but on arrival was told it had been put through to the Burton branch. Drives to Burton and having already allowed the 4 hr waiting time before collecting the order had not been processed. A long drawn out process followed before I was given a chitty to take to the wood store where my wood was eventually supplied.

Delivery of my order by DHL was due 24 March. As of today, 30 March, I have not yet received it. I have called DHL several times and they always promise delivery "tomorrow" but it never arrives. They say the order is too big for their van! This is most frustrating and will put me off from using Harlow again I suggest you find a different delivery company. DHL are hopeless. Tony Giles

The driver made the descision not to leave your order unattended and left you an 'sorry you were out' card for you to organise your redlivery as there was non one at home. Since this point there has been a issue in redilvering your order which we were made aware on yesterday evening the 30th March. I have personally taken ownership of this for you and your package is being delivered today. Poor service first window board came damaged. The replacement came late and was damaged more than the first. Will never use of this company again

Good Afternoon Lee, How are you? The entire team is sorry to hear that we had this problem with the carriage of your order. We sent a complete replacement piece at our expense. We were unaware of any further issue, however by way of insurance we cut your replacement piece with an extra 200mm of board to ensure that if there was any issue it would not be part of the piece that you needed (1.8m). I ordered x9 3.6m pressure-treated 100mm posts for a particular job. Delivery was good but two of the posts were bowed beyond usefulness. I would not have chosen these two posts had I been selecting my own stock. Given that they are being selected by someone working in a storage yard, on behalf of a remote client, more care during selection should have been taken. This has been inconvenient and frustrating. Such an easy mistake to avoid. On this basis, I would not recommend this supplier and would not wish to use them in future.
