“Placed order on line i was kept informed by Long Whatton office as delivery date changed by one day due to waiting for one item to arrive for complete delivery. A good service definately would use again.”

“Ordered my timber online on Saturday morning and I still hadn't received contact on Monday lunch with regards to this. I went into the Coalville department and they processed the order however when in the timber yard the length of wood I had ordered they didn't stock. I then received an email to say my order was ready 2 days later.”

“Harlow have a good variety of timber products available. I ordered MDF skirting and PAR timber which were all wrapped well with bubble wrap and delivered without a problem.”

“Ordered 11 fence panels online, on the Sunday To be delivered the following Thursday, I received an email to confirm this. They arrived in the afternoon, and the driver helped me carry them into my back garden. Really happy with the quality and the price.”

“Great service. Communication about the order processing was prompt.The item was exactly as described and exactly what we wanted for our project. Unfortunately the time arrived damaged despite some serious packaging. The customer care service was again excellent and prompt offering a replacement or full refund without question and with sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused. We would recommend Harlow Timber Group and would use them again.”
