“I ordered small amount of 3.9m cladding-not worth of cutting to purchased length, arrived at 4.8m to local Tuffnels courier. These guys were not able to load it, so that I must have picked from their depot,but they did not let me to cut it on their premises and I ended up in the street with toolbox out. My back went, job not finished in time....Harlow, thanx for extra meter of length, but i know locals-thay can steal 2.5 million with the worse genotype this country has on offer within half year, but they don't bother to pick the phone and say that delivery is not going to happen as they promised the day before.....nightmare after nightmare....”

“Arrived on time but had definitely been thrown about during delivery as fitted it today to find out the casing near the lock mechanism had been broken. Had I noticed sooner I’d have returned the item but I was already in a customers house so I fixed it. Not after anything just a little more care during delivery would be great”

“I spent a LOT of time sourcing the timber that I needed for an indoor "experimental" project and found Harlow Timber to be the most reasonably priced NATIONWIDE. The fact that the delivery went so smoothly and the product was of a quality that was better than I was expecting merely added to the pleasant experience. As a result I will be going ahead with a larger project (the one for which the first one was an "experiment", which is outdoor and 5 times the size of the original) in the spring and I will ONLY use Harlow Timber. I will also recommend Harlow to anyone who is willing to listen! It also remains baffling to me that Harlow is able to provide to me the product and service - including delivery - close to 40% cheaper than the timber yard less than half a mile away from my home!”
