“This was recommended to me having had a knee op that still triggered pain by cramps and restless legs. “A friend bought me a bottle of the magnesium spray to try as I suffer from night sweats, restless legs & pain in my joints when I am trying to settle at night. Must admit I was dubious as thought the above came with the territory when in menopause! Took about a week, but I started to notice a difference. I use it on the soles of my feet, knees, hips & elbows when I go to bed & after about 10 minutes I can feel myself relax. I am less fidgety at night, much to my husband's relief & feel calmer as I drift off to sleep. I still wake in the night but am able to get off again quicker as my joints feel less tense. I've now purchased the duo bundle for myself & am spreading the word. So grateful to my friend for recommending the spray to me.”

“Beautifully packaged with lovely personal scented card which shows the company cares. Have used for couple of weeks and have noticed a difference with my sleep. I never slept more than 1.5 or 2 hours at a time but now getting 3 or 4. I started spraying on soles of feet and back of knees but had terrible dreams. I just spray on outside of arms as was told you need hairs to absorb ( not sure how true) and it seems to work.”

“I want to recommend the magnesium spray. I bought it originally for my husband who get’s terrible restless legs at night. He sprays it on his lower legs and rubs it in. Voila ! No disturbed sleep. I have started to get painful knees and lower leg pain from osteoarthritis and I’ve sprayed my legs in the same way at bedtime. I’ve been blessed as well with pain free and undisturbed sleep. I’ve also now given it to a friend as a present. I would highly recommend it. Thank you for magnesium spray !”
