“Thought I’d try the magnesium spray from Harrogate organics as I have fibromyalgia with bad spasms in my back and a migraine sufferer, since using this spray the spasms have mostly disappeared, I just spray on the area bothering me, but every night on my inner elbow and back of my knees, migraine I just spray on my fingers and massage into my temple, delivery is really quick, packaged well and smells bliss”

“Having slept badly for many years with both restless legs and cramps, I cannot believe the difference this makes! I am still on my first bottle and spray it behind my knees and on my inner elbows. Received two more bottles today as its so good I really do not want to run out. I tried another magnesium spray years ago which did not work so I was quite sceptical about this one. However, I am so happy with this amazing product. I know people have different experiences with it but for me it worked on the very first night. Thank you Harrogate Organics. Its so good to have a decent sleep after all this time.”

“In short, I found this spray to be wholly beneficial for me ! It helped calm my hot feet which makes me restless, also I added a liberal amount to my knee as this has been giving me a hard time ! Slept so well ) I can’t even imagine being without it now. I have just received my second spray and the balm so will be trying that as well. Thank you from a middle aged, rather cranky woman who is extremely grateful. 🙏”

“I had to wait a while to be handed a pre paid for order that was under the desk and ended up getting a parking charge. I bought the magnesium leg spray as a gift but unfortunately it burns her legs and she isnt able to use it.”

We happen to have a new version of our award-winning magnesium spray out, this contains New Zealand authentic Manuka honey, chamomile and arnica, which should make for a more gentle form of magnesium application. “I ordered the magnesium spray and wasn’t sure what to expect. The product arrived as advised and after a week if using it I believe I’m sleeping better and not waking as much. What was a nice surprise was that the item was boxed up with tissue wrap and a spray of their bliss scent which has now made me want to order other products.”

“Packaging is always nice. The fragrances are lovely The delivery is good I buy a lot of the magnesium oil. My husband uses it on his knees. My daughter teaches yoga and she likes to use it on her joints. My grandson is a big fan and uses it sometimes pre and post match on his legs. It ia a miracle product”
