“Only just discovered Harrogate Organics to buy the Magnesium oil spray. So far the spray is doing the trick in helping my sleep pattern plus used it on a pulled neck muscle last weekend and it helped that too. I intend to shop at Harrogate Organics in the future.”

“Not happy with makeup of this product. Too watery so becomes wasteful. I found quite a lot ran off of my skin before it could be rubbed in. A an oil would be better. Only used it for a couple of weeks, no change sadly”

“I tried the magnesium spray as directed and on night one i didn’t sleep well and to be honest I thought this isn’t going to work. I persevered and the next night i also sprayed the soles of my feet and guess what?? I put my head down and woke 7.5 five hours later after a restful sleep, I’ve done the same every night since and I’ve had a full nights sleep. It’s excellent ❤️”

“Since using the Magnesium spray my sleep has become so much better ! ... On the nights when I forget to use it I genuinely can't sleep and end up having to spray at 2.00am to finally nod off.
