“Bloody love the magnesium rub. I suffer with restless legs, so badly that it would keep me awake. I was eventually given Parkinsons drugs to help control it. My wife saw the advert for the rub, we got some and I havent touched the Parkinsons drugs since. I sleep better, its amazing! My wife uaes it too, especially for her tummy during her periods as it helps with cramps. So, if you have any muscular problems id 100% say try it.”

“I'm sorry to say that the magnesium spray was a total waste of money for me, as I can't use it, as it gave me really bad heart palpitations and high pulse rate each time I tried it (twice). Won't risk trying it again!”

“Wow,wow,wow. Haven’t had a full nights sleep for years restless legs certainly haven’t helped. After trying several different types of “sleep med/ideas” nothing has helped. After talking to a friend who recommended magnesium spray, thought it was worth a last try. My, oh my I slept the whole night through it’s changed my life. “The package I received from Harrogate organics was really beautiful and thoughtfully fragranced with Lavender. Unfortunately I am unsure about the supplements for sleeping and calming the nervous system. After a week of using them I have not been sleeping well and I became more anxious. I have gone back to the normal product I use. It may well be coincidence but I am disappointed.”

“I have tried magnesium spray previously but wasn't impressed. This one has really changed my thinking. Spray on my chest and soles of both feet, plus back of knees and even if I wake to go to the bathroom, I can drop straight back off to sleep 😴 Very impressed and I shall continue to use!”
