“Bought a repeat batch of the magnesium spray. This has really helped with my restless legs at night. I've also found it eases the pain in my knee and ankle that I have. I don't think it has helped my sleep directly, but the fact it's help with RLS & pain has helped me sleep better. Items were beautifully packaged and delivered quickly. Highly recommend this company.”

“I’m so pleased I have found Harrogate Organics. I have been looking at scents that last and smell gorgeous too. I have spent so much money on ones I didn’t like and didn’t last, no name dropping but companies that are top end price, until I found the scent “Bliss” and I wasn’t even looking at the scent when I was browsing through the site I ordered something completely different . It was Harrogate organics that spray the bliss scent on the packaging . Oh my gosh ! The room spray in which I have bought two of and a Reed diffuser is amazing, you can smell for hours / days/ months . I have even sprayed my artificial flowers with it and they smell so good . The amount of guest that have commented is unreal. I am looking forward to ordering again with you for myself , family and friends and even trying more products. I won’t go back to those other companies I have found the ones that suit me, my mood , my well-being and my happiness everytime I use . Beautiful products and beautifully packaged with even notes recognising I have purchased from them handwritten with a genuine thank you 😊 that made my day. I am pleased to be giving a company that really cares about their customers and their well-being and happiness . Thank you 😊”

“I use this for jumpy legs and I also ordered my mum some. She suffers badly with restless legs, not only has the spray stopped this but she has been taking a sleeping pill every night for over 25 years now. She put a little bit on her temples and hasn't had a sleeping pill for 4 weeks now.... amazing. Even my sister ordered some as well.”

“Bought this product after a recommendation from a family member. I suffer from RLS. Has it stopped my restless legs, No. Has it helped , Definitely.. It seems to calm them down after being applied. If you suffer from RLS, give this a try.”

“Have been using magnesium spray and I think it definitely helps with my restless legs. Delivery is always quick and packaging is amazing - personal touch with thank you inside box and always spritzed with beautiful fragrance. Great company to deal with and will definitely order again. Now trying sage tablets and Ashwagandha for menopause symptoms but early days so difficult to review”

“Wow what can I say first I tried the magnesium spray as had very fidgety legs at night, then I tried the eye gel and lip gel which have help too. Since then I have the wash and bath products and room mist , they smell amazing and my skin is soft I’m a different person so much less stressed x”
