“Appalling service. They are supposed to track your flight but driver left, in spite of him reading our message, and after ignoring at least 2 calls and 2 messages from us to him, within 45 minutes of our plane landing. Clearly no allowance made for disembarking, immigration and bag collection. Left us stranded at Melbourne airport, where we eventually, after 2 hours, managed to get an Uber. Totally unreliable and untrustworthy and would definitely NOT recommend.”
“As the other comment, driver was 1 hour late when taking us to the airport, then the same driver had the audacity to leave the airport when we where waiting for him at the international arrivals and then, says “ you missed out get an uber” I did, it was cheaper, and got a refund from Booking.com.
The drive, a scammer even deleted his messages on WhatsApp, make sure you take photos ! I did before he deleted them !

“Our flight was scheduled to arrive at 1:37 but did not land until 2:05 but we were not concerned because we were told that our flight would be tracked and the driver would wait 45 minutes after the flight had landed. After 26 hours of travel we were looking forward to a smooth transition home. That was not the case. The driver had left the airport by the time we got through customs and collected our luggage which was at 2:40. This was when I tried to make contact with the company. The phone was answered by an answering machine. I texted and was told that the driver had left because he had waited 45 minutes from 1:37. I had to take photos of the arrival board to prove that the plane did not land until 2:05 but this did not matter to them. They just stopped responding. It was a horrible experience and I definitely would not recommend this company that are unreliable and have zero customer service.”
“I pre booked and prepaid mid last year, as time drew closer and I hadn’t heard I started emailing requesting confirmation, three times over dec/jan, when no replies received I tracked down several phone number sans they were all disconnected!! So the day before my trip I’m frantically looking and found several reviews saying they didn’t come and the passengers were stranded at airport. So I counted my losses and booked with another company (who answered immediately - luxury chauffeurs Melb) and just as well as HD chauffeurs were NOT THERE. Save yourself the trouble, it’s a fake company 😡😰”

Followed the instructions and tried to call. They didn't pick up!
Walked up and down continuously for 40 mins so left and had to pay for a taxi!

“After arrival my driver was not in the arrival hall as agreed. I could not reach him via phone or SMS. 20 minutes later I got a call from the driver explaining me where to meet. I had to ask several people for the location because it was not clear. After 20 more minutes I finally found him.
My driver Anil was friendly and ask me private questions. He even sent me SMS after the ride and offered free trips with him to show me Melbourne. It seems that he (also the owner of the company) is likely unprofessional and was trying to get into my pants.
I would not recommend this company!”
“Prebooked and prepaid for a transfer from Forrest, Victoria Australia to Melbourne Airport. Messages received the night before confirming but at midnight (our car was booked for 09:30) they cancelled leaving us high and dry.”
“The driver was nowhere to be found when I landed in Melbourne after having pre-booked and pre- paid for the transport. I tried texting the number that had said that the driver was on his way, but they never got back to me. I waited around 1/2 hour, but the driver never showed. I emailed the company and asked for a refund, but I have not heard back from them yet. This was on 3rd August 2022.”
“Dont use these dodgy operators. Booked for pick up in Sydney. Email they will be in arrival hall with name sign. Ha no way driver rang told us he was in priority park A 250m from where we were. Then phoned back he had moved to area B. I doubt he was ever there. Trip did not happened.”
