“Ria who served me today. 21st May 2026 on my first visit to Lakeside. I have a disability, cannot walk, arrived to your store on a scooter. Ria went around the shop with me, carried the clothes I wanted to try and put them in to the changing room. She showed empathy and compassion during my shopping experience at your store. I feel Ria recognised, acknowledged and took accountability by the actions she displayed. Thank you for you Ria. Love Amy x”
“We went in today and Ria went above and beyond to ensure me and my mum felt confident in the clothing we was wearing. Staying by the changing room incase we wanted a different colour or different piece. Very helpful and very joyful lady”
