“The co-ord I ordered was nice but I wanted to return it as it didn’t suit me. The delivery was £3.99 which wasn’t a problem but when returning it took £5.95 from the refund which I found to be expensive.”
“Free shipping means you have to collect from a depot, not to your house. I’d call that a slightly misleading statement. Other than that the service was fine.”

We think you may possibly have had click and collect selected, and
then applied the free delivery voucher, but collection is already
free, so this would not change the order.
We have double checked the website and the free delivery coupon works
correctly when a delivery option is selected rather than click and
collect.

“Loved the range of coats on the website but even though the size ordered for my wife was "large" it was still far too small. I'm no expert in womens sizes but my wife is a size 14(at a push 16) so, with no option other than large, we had to return the coat for a refund.
The refund process was quick and easy which was great but I'd much rather have been able to buy my wife a coat that fitted.
Would very much recommend H&L but it's only going to work for you if you have a slim body size.”

“It wasn’t as good as the colour brown that I first had. This recent second pair I just received looks cheap, the front button was just a plastic button and there was no button inside. It’s not what I expected which was on the picture. Shame it doesn’t look as elegant as the first one I had which is brown in colour.”

“Purchased a coat for my dghtr around Christmas. Had to get a bigger size. Impossible to do an exchange because I’m in the USA. And to return the smaller size coat was extremely expensive!! Would love to purchase more clothing, but it’s very difficult and complicated for someone in the USA. Therefore this will DEFINITELY be my last time. The coat was beautiful.”
“As a curvey size 18-20 girl, seeing that this boutique has a curve range made me very happy as this is a rare find. Picked a dress and jumpsuit, was slightly skeptical as they don’t tell you die sizes of the items so I had to guess.
Items arrived and as expected don’t fit. For a “curve range” I’d expect it to atleast fit a size 18.
Boutiques needs to do better for curvy girls, atleast put the sizes on your website.”
