“The co-ord I ordered was nice but I wanted to return it as it didn’t suit me. The delivery was £3.99 which wasn’t a problem but when returning it took £5.95 from the refund which I found to be expensive.”
“I purchased boots but they were too small. On my account it still says they haven't been delivered and there is no return option. I've emailed and had no reply, this has been over a month. I'm now left with boots I can't wear and out of pocket for an unusable item.
