“The co-ord I ordered was nice but I wanted to return it as it didn’t suit me. The delivery was £3.99 which wasn’t a problem but when returning it took £5.95 from the refund which I found to be expensive.”
“I purchased boots but they were too small. On my account it still says they haven't been delivered and there is no return option. I've emailed and had no reply, this has been over a month. I'm now left with boots I can't wear and out of pocket for an unusable item.
I would recommend shopping elsewhere.”
“Donna and Amelia were so helpful and lovely! Honestly the best customer care and so friendly. Helped me put outfits together and made me feel so comfortable 5* service!”
“I brought a faux fur for my daughter and it was absolutely beautiful!! Excellent price and arrived super quickly, I’ll definitely be back to buy again
Many thanks!”
“I’ve ordered from here many times and have been over the moon with every purchase 😃 customer service is fantastic, my last order I ordered the wrong size . Tom sorted it out for me straight away and I received size I wanted the very next day”
