“Ordered my daughter an outfit for her birthday party let me buy I received an email a few days later to say they have over sold on the item so I was given a full refund was rather disappointing but these things happen, I then ordered a jacket for my daughters party and I’ve received the wrong colour I’ve had to just stick with it as I have no time to send back wait on a refund to order another the jacket is lovely but the service could be better”
