“Was very pleased with how easy the order and delivery was but very disappointed by having to pay another £5.15 to Royal Mail to have my item returned as I could not access the QR code as it was stating it was not recognised I assumed when I returned my item I would be refunded my £3 99 delivery on top of purchase price charge as I could not use return portal in total postage has cost me £9.14 for an item which cost £10.00 I'm totally disappointed

“Item was posted out quick however the packaging was horrendous when I collected it the packaging was held together with an elastic band all the fur from the jacket was exposed luckily the jacket wasn’t damaged in transit”
