“I've liked some of their pieces, particular the ones with embedded wood accents. Unfortunately, the necklace chains are generally too long for my use at 20 - 22 inches, requiring me to purchase replacement 18" chains that don't quite match the finish of the rest of the piece. Addititionally, both my orders have been poorly packaged, with the necklace chains literally dangling out of the shipping box on arrival, completely exposed. Rough handling by man or machine would have resulted in the necklaces being damaged or going missing in transit.”

“Bonjour, les modèles Thémus et Antrim sont très jolis, j'ai enlevé deux étoiles à cause de deux choses : la couleur de la nacre Thémus est rose presque fuchsia sur ma montre, ce qui n'est pas du tout la couleur espérée puisqu'elle est sensée être verte... Le système pour enlever des maillons est tellement peu pratique que j'ai cassé un des maillons de la montre Antrim !”

Hopefully you can understand that we have no influence on the structure and color of natural materials. Several pictures of different models are shown on our website in order to illustrate the uniqueness of the models. If you really do not like your received model, you can of course send it back. The most important thing for us is that the product you ordered can meet your expectations. With each of our models with links, bracelet links can be added or removed to adjust the bracelet to the perfect length. Spare parts and the right tools are included in the box with each of our watch and bandlet models.
