“I wish I could leave zero stars. I ordered a watch for my son on Dec. 16, 2025, the invoice promised delivery by Christmas. To date, the tracking indicates that a label was created but the package has never arrived at the carrier...today is Jan, 7, 2026. I have sent multiple emails and have been told that the situation is "resolved". There is no phone number to call to speak to an actual person and my last two emails have gone unanswered. At this point, I would just like to recoup my $429 so I can buy my son his watch from someone else. Hopefully, my credit card company can do a reverse charge. Don't waste your time or money on this company....their customer service is terrible.”

Don't set promises like that if you can't keep them.
Update after Holzkern reply:
My review score will not be edited as you have requested. I appreciate the fact that shipping issues occur. That is not on you. However what is within your responsibility is how your holiday marketing promised delivery before Christmas. Promises like that have to be set with sufficient shipping margin. That is how you can avoid disappointment, and in turn, low review scores.”

“Obwohl das Armband sehr schön ist, sind wir nur so semi-glücklich. Meine Frau hatte es am Weihnachtsabend bekommen und dann direkt angezogen. Bereits wenigen Stunden war ein großer Teil der rosafarbenen Lackierung an der Schließe ab (siehe Fotos). Meine Frau hat das Armband daraufhin ausgezogen und aus Vorsicht erstmal nicht mehr getragen. Das ist unser erstes Produkt der Marke Holzkern. Wir haben bisher keinen Schmuck gehabt, bei dem sich die Farbe so schnell löst. Handelt es sich um ein fehlerhaftes Teil?”
