“The watch is lovely. However, we need to remove two links from the strap and the packaging contained neither the instructions nor the specialst tool to do that; so we shall have to take it to a jewellers to have it done. Very disappointing. The delivery process was also very poor - it took around a week longer than indicated. Your response was that instructions and tools are included in the box. On reading your on-line instructions the required (screw) tool was not included although two pin-pushers were (not sure why two are needed). There are no 'arrows' on the bracelet indicating which way to push the pins either. Your response to the late delivery was that it was beyond your control - it was certainly beyond ours!”

We are really sorry to hear that a problem with the delivery occurred. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on the delivery process once your order is handed over to our shipping partner.
We can assure you that it is also very frustrating for us when our customers have to wait longer to receive their uniques!
With each of our models with links, bracelet links can be added or removed to adjust the bracelet to the perfect length. Spare parts and the right tools are included in the box with each of our watch and bandlet models.
If you need additional spare parts, just let us know and we will send them to you free of charge. :)

Mais elle devait être livrée le 18 décembre et elle a finalement été disponible le 07 janvier 2026. C'était le cadeau de Noël pour mon épouse. Je vous laisse imaginer ma déception et la sienne. Impossible de joindre quelqu'un chez Fedex. Et même le mail que je vous ai adressé pour intervenir est resté sans réaction de votre part. J'ai dû vous demander de me rembourser pour que le coli soit enfin mis à ma disposition.
Holzkern est responsable du choix du transporteur. Vous travailler avec fedex alors que le service de cette société est atroce.
Même si j'apprécie vos produits, je ne commanderai plus chez vous. et je ne raterai pas une occasion de dire ce que je pense de vos choix stratégiques, par la parole ou sur les réseaux.”
