“The fact that an order can’t be cancelled less than 30 minutes after being placed and before it’s shipped is absolutely ridiculous. It’s a waste of time, money, and resources to force the customer to receive a product they don’t want and to then have to go through the process of returning it. I’m well aware that this is all in the hopes that the customer will change their mind. It’s a flat out money grab attempt by the company because most people won’t bother with the hassle. I returned the item without even opening the box because as stated in my return request, I did not want the product. So absurd.”

“Je trouve ma/votre montre belle. J'ai dû enlever 1 chevron car j'ai un poignet fin. Donc maintenant j'en ai 4 de réserve si je devais endommager un chevron de bois. J'aime bien la porter, maintenant c'est l'hiver donc pas de problème, mais en Eté je verrais bien avec ma sueur un peu acidifiée. Je crois que j'ai fait le bon choix de ce type de montre en bois chez vous.”

It was delivered promptly aided by the fact that they have a US distributor. (I have had several bad experiences when ordering from out of the country and was reluctant to do again). The extended return policy for Christmas was lovely and helps when ordering early, like I did. They even included a tool to adjust the strap without the need to go a jewer”
