“I ordered an item over a month ago for Christmas on November 12th with a delivery time of 5-10 business days. I have not received this order yet as of December 20th and cannot get an updates regarding a new delivery date.”

“I was anxiously awaiting for my purchase. It was a bracelet for my spouse. When I received it, it was a total let down. You say everything gets quality checked before it ships. To my surprise one of the stones was chipped. It’s looks like it was cracked and a small piece was missing. I understand that it’s a natural stone but it being cracked ruined the look of the bracelet. I’ve since returned it and still waiting for a refund. Regardless of my experience, I do believe it this is a quality product and good business. I will purchase again in the future.”
