“I've ordered from them a couple of times. The first time I misspelled my email address and they were very responsive when I reached out to them. They were very communicative and helpful in makings sure I got the info I needed. I'd recommend them.”

“I have ordered my second pair of men's contra pro shoes. This model features the suede sole extending up the inside of the instep to allow for use of the inside foot. My first pair were patent and the suede started peeling off very quickly on one of the shoes. I sent it back to IDS who very helpfully re-stuck the suede sole but this didn't last for long. I have had to replace this pair as, although there is plenty of life left in the shoes themselves, the unstuck sole on the instep leaves a very ragged and shabby look. I ordered a second pair. This time I opted for Nubuck in the hope that the weld between sued sole and Nubuck instep would be more reliable than between suede and patent. Sadly, I have danced in the shoes twice and already there are indications on one of the shoes of the suede coming away from the Nubuck on the instep. This is such a pity because in other respects the Contra Pro is a wonderful shoe to dance in. If it were not for the problem mentioned above, I would have no hesitation in recommending it unreservedly.”

“The International Dance Shoes website was easy to navigate and understand. I appreciated that they had a lot of detail about each shoe, something that other brands I looked into did not do. I also appreciated that they did not charge extra for custom fitting (narrow, wide, etc.) because other brands do charge extra. My package arrived on time and the shoes fit perfectly! I would absolutely recommend International to other dancers.”

“I have now had three pairs of shoes from your company. The most recent were practice shoes to wear for Ballroom and Latin lessons. The shoes are very comfortable and the size is perfect. Anyone who has never had practice shoes, get some. So nice to wear. They arrived very quickly and the courier you used were great too.”

“Keeping up with the Jones's was never easier. I received my new Jones's promptly and wore them in competition a few days later. They fit like a glove...or rather, a sock! They look fabulous too. My first pair of Internationals, and I love 'em. I'll definitely consider this brand for my next pair.”

“This is third pair of dance shoes I've ordered. All my previous orders were narrow as my feet are narrow however this pair of shoes is too narrow closer to the toe or perhaps slightly too short not sure which but they're very uncomfortable.”

“I ordered a pair of Dansport standard ballroom shoes for a dance in Blackpool but I probably should have ordered the ICS Classics instead. While the Dansports would be OK for my weekly class, they weren't comfortable enough for a whole evening of dancing. However, the service was fabulous. The order was placed one day and I received a call saying the shoes were ready for collection the next day.”

“I love these Latin shoes, it is my fourth pair. They have a kind of padded sole and the normal width are perfect for my narrow feet. Order a size smaller than your usual shoe size. 10 out of 10 in every respect.”
