“The picture and crystal came perfect, will forever be cherished. The wooden urn actully came damaged (most likely being dropped by the mail people). Customer service answered my call at 8pm & after verifying the damage through pictures overnighted me a replacement urn next day. Its horrible to loose someone but I had the best customer service in this trying time of my life.”

“We got my uncle's urn in a short period. Once we received it and opened the box it was more beautiful than the picture. WE are so very pleased with it then we plan on pre buying Urns ourselves. I would HIGHLY recommend Light Urns. Thank you”
