“I broke it before I ever got the ashes put in it. I opened the box upside down and it fell to the floor and shattered.I loved it but I'm glad it happened before rather then after I had the ashes put into it.”

“If you need a urne or any keepsake this is the place to order they are fast and extremely easy to deal with exceptional services and there urnes are verry good quality and verry nice I would order from here again no issues I had ordered the big urne and the mini version of the same urne”

“In the light urns, I just wanted to share my experience with your company via either someone I spoke to or via email. This is a very difficult thing for a loved one to do but your staff was empathetic, compassionate and extremely helpful with my questions. You should feel very proud! Here is my daughter's urn and I couldn’t be more pleased, it’s absolutely beautiful and captures “her” to a tee, the perfect colors, writing and graphics are just downright awesome. “Service from In The Lights was fantastic! They really saved me when I needed to upgrade shipping, but my order did not reflect expedited shipping. I sent an email late to customer service late in the evening and they answered by the next morning! I worked with David Parham, who suggested overnight shipping instead of the 2-day shipping that I had requested. I received my order (late due to FedEx, not ITL), and things went very smoothly. If I ever have the need again I will definitely use them! Thanks again!”
