“This urn was perfect beyond expectations. It’s gorgeous, and perfect and immaculately looks just like my sweet baby. I’m beyond happy with what I received. I order it a week or so before Christmas and paid for 3 day shipping (I think) and got it right on time. I was called and emailed throughout the process to make sure the writing was right and the picture I submitted was edited to my liking. The entire process was a breeze. I cannot put into words how perfect this urn set up is. I could not be happier with it.”

“Very satisfied with our purchases. The staff at this company are top notch in customer service. Very easy to get in touch with, they actually answer the phone when you call them. We ordered the crystal urns necklace they are just beautiful. Sodalite was on back order. I was gonna get something else but so glad i held out because its just beautiful.”

“The urn we ordered for my mother was perfect. She was a huge 49ers fan and I knew this would make her so happy. Everything is super unique and stands out from the rest. Even the Funeral Director we went to was impressed he didn’t have something like it in his catalog. Thank you so much.”

“I ordered this urn with overnight shipping, sending it directly to the funeral home. Our order was processed and shipped the following day and it arrived on schedule. The funeral home employees said it was beautiful, and it is. Very happy. Excellent company and excellent product.”

“Very kind considerate and helpful. Our family suffered 3 losses between August 2021 and November 2021 and all our urns and keepsake urns were ordered from here for a total of 3 large urns, and 14 keepsake urns. The amount we spent here versus using the funeral homes was a HUGE savings. The cheapest large urn at the funeral home would have been more than what we paid for just 1 of our services. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service. Never once when I called was i treated badly and was always helped to the fullest capacity. Thank you In The Light Urns for everything you have done for my family in our time of grief.”
