Hi Penny, We are very sorry to hear this. I do see the order was placed for our medium sized urn that is meant for someone 120 lbs or under. We do have the same urn in an adult size that is meant for someone 200 lbs or under. I will be emailing you. “I purchased remembrance urns. They are smaller than full-size urns. The quality of the urn was not sacrificed in the smaller size. I need to make changes to my order. The customer service was quick and easy. The person I emailed was friendly. Good customer service should be expected, but it seems like it is rare.”

“I want to say that my experience is beyond exceptional. When I lost my mother I struggled finding something beautiful that could represent what she mean to us. My urn came in less hay 48 hours! (I live in California, I don’t know how long would take for other states). I thought the engraving was going to be small, but is actually a very nice size. The details are beautiful! One thing I need to say, and is that if you feel uncomfortable with a lid moving, reconsider the option. I guess we can glue the lid, but it doesn’t have anything to keep it sealed. Personally, I don’t mind, but in my culture, people is not comfortable seeing human remains. I am very pleased with my purchase and gives a tender look to my altar.”
