“Fraud. Selling 30 litres bags of compost with 60 litres written on it. Unwilling to put things right. I feel defrauded, robbed off by this company. And it wasn't just one order. Here are a few more reviews of this type of theft in Amazon and other review pages. I contacted company to resolve problem and didn't hear back. I wonde what quality or no quality for crazy money you are getting?”

“Bought 5 bags of sand came in two different parcels and each box had a ripped bag of sand in that went everywhere when boxes were opened and then had to be cleaned up and binned”

“Had to fight to get the 10% off as advertised on the site, then the delivery company left the huge bag of compost in the vestibule. I’m disabled and paid for delivery to my flat itself. I notified the company but heard nothing back. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t use again. The product itself was good though.”

“The goods should have arrived yesterday 20th September 2023 between 12.17 and 14.17, it never arrived! this is the information we received on 20th Sept:- "Your consignment, number 0089441, is due to be delivered today by The APC, estimated between 12:17 and 14:17." We still haven't received it!!!”

“Your responsiveness has been excellent, but the people doing the shipping have been hopeless. Three times they have sent me texts and e mails saying the bulbs would be delivered that day, and nobody has appeared, with no communication from them at all - so I am still waiting!”

“I was very unhappy with the delivery driver who refused to come to my door, but dumped the delivery on the roadside. I am nearly 80 and it was very hard for me to move 15 sacks in the heatwave. I wrote and complained but got no reply from you.”

“The box contained the seed potatoes I ordered and a 'marketing' card which said that the planting instructions were on the product. They were not. I sent an email to ask where the instructions were. No reply. I then received a marketing email telling me 'not to be a stranger' which was rather ironic as I had already been in touch and had no reply.. I rang to ask and was rather rudely told that the planting instructions were on the website. Well thanks for that. Will not buy from you guys anymore.”

“Great product but very annoyed at checking the price today (less than a month ago I ordered) and the price has gone from £18.99 to £11.19 per bag. Can’t understand why such a price difference in a month.”

“I bought Caras potatoes through Glasgow Allotment Forum and put them to chit in a dry place as I always do. But over half have gone completely rotten. This photo was taken on 30th March and they are even worse now. Very disappointing.”

“Wrong items sent, contacted 9am the next day to advise. They managed to arrange a courier to collect their items that we recieved in error for the next day but didn't send out our actual order again meaning we would have to wait over the long bank holiday for our item. We asked for a refund and went else where as we found this as bad customer service”

“I bought off ebay and the goods never got delivered to our address.Sent phot of delivery- obvoiusly not ourt property. After emailing Jamieson several times, they insisted that they had as it was the correct postcode. Never got a credit or a replacement. Lost £29 No customer service here- not recommended”

“I have rated Jamieson Brothers one star for THEIR impatience in sending this review request to me. I purchased seed potatoes from Jamieson Brothers. As of today they have not yet been planted, as they are in my greenhouse chitting. I ordered potatoes, and about a week later I received potatoes. They look like potatoes. None of the eyes have sprouted yet. When they sprout I shall plant them, then I hope they will grow. If they grow big enough, I'll continue with this review”

“We are still waiting for one major item of our order which should have arrived several days ago. The 2 kg of potatoes weren’t in the parcel. So not great. We have not had an email to say that they have been sent, and this was three days ago. Also, beware of the offer of 10% off a first order. Rather than simple systems of adding a given promotional one has to go through a very lengthy process of registering and even then the email giving you the promotional code doesn’t arrive straight away. So I wasn’t able to redeem my 10% discount on my first order. The way things are going, unless I get the omitted part of my order delivered soon, this will probably be my first and last one too.”
