“I have for a long time used JB to supply my seed potatos. I get my order in and a good quality product arrives. This year however the great service did not pull through 100%. In spite of ordering In NOV '23 only two out of three items arrived, in late March, with label against the other on the invoice stating "none". A refund was provided but this due to the timescales I feelbthis to be rather unsatisfactory.”

“i had trouble adding to an order. I tried phoneing as was advise to place my order but after 2 attempts I gaved up A discount code I was given I couldnt get to work Just ordered more items from Sutton Seeds, no problem!! there were items I did buy from Jamieson”

“I purchased 2 bags of compost for a reasonable price but when you added the cost of delivery the price was extortionate. Sorry won't be using you again unless the price of delivery comes down.”

“I ordered 4 packs of first early potatoes and was surprised to find the post cost was very different from last year. Last year I had free post, this year it was over £15 but as I couldnt get out I ordered anyway as last years potatoes were good from JB. My 4 packs arrived in Feb, 3 packs were ok, but 1 pack had a bad potato in it that made the box bottom wet/stained and the box had a smell to it, I was not overly bothered as hopefully this wont effect the others. I was looking for main crop a few days ago and checked out the JB website to compare prices and noticed post is now free again making me feel dissappointed in JB and therefore wont order again.”

“I ordered Winston potatoes from you back in the autumn you failed to supply them which was very disappointing.I grow to show this variety so I needed them.On visiting a local garden centre & looking through the potatoes guess what I came across Winston potatoes from Jamieson Brothers.”

“I’m sure my seed potatoes will be fine, but some consistency in size would be appreciated. Most are a reasonable size, some (30%) are tiny squash ball size!”

“The delivery was all over the place A client can’t be expected to remain in following text messages to find out that they don’t receive the package and not being informed . Then turn up another day when customer is in No one rings door bell and customer finds in door step Service and response on phone and email from Jamieson base was excellent Sally”

“I was disappointed with the quality of the sample I Irecieved compared to the size uniformatytht i purchesed from a loal garden shop. I was expecting a better uniformity bearing im mind the price was more expensive at £6.49 direct from you and £4.50 from the garden shop which also packed by you, not very good customer relations Regards Alan Watson”

“Disappointed that no place to write a short card to my recipient or to easily track the parcel - I have no idea if it has been delivered! I can't answer any of the questions below as I don't know if the delivery was on time, who made it, or if it was damaged as this was a present for a friend who lives away from where I live.”
