I ordered some daffadols but ended up with dwarf tulips instead without me being told that you didnt have daffs in stock.

60L Cacti Compost isn't cheap but is the only one online. Shipping is insane at £23 for 4 bags which is £95 in total. Needs to find a cheaper courier.

3 star for you, 0 star for the courier. Website and ordering Ok but appalling service when it came to your delivery company you use. Cancelled the order as I needed the topsoil that day and they never found my property or made an effort to contact me. Called them and tried to re-organise in a time frame I was happy with but flatly refused to come back as the package was too far away yet admitted the driver was only in Buxton 25 mins away. Suggest you use someone else in future.

The product arrived in good time and is now in use. The delivery let the experience down. Driver rude and disrespectful. Unlikely to use again and this is down to delivery.

Potatoes sets good Communication for delivery could be improved a lot. Did not answer my message about delivery Only 19 sets in package

My review is really for the delivery company, APC!!as they claim to have tried to deliver twice before actually doing it. However both times I called Jamiesons to inform of the non- delivery, the lady that I spoke to was quite brusque and did not apologise for the delay in delivery!

Ordered 10 tuber packs of first early Foremost and second early Charlotte. The Charlotte tubers arrived in good condition, but the Foremost had already sprouted and the ends of the shoots rotted off. I'm not sure they should have been sent out like this.

I wasn’t happy with the first earlies - the Duke of York. They had already sprouted far too much in arrival.

The potatoes I bought are fine. However, I think that you should consider changing your courier. APC advised that they would be delivering the day after my order, and gave a 2 hour time slot in the late afternoon. They hadn't arrived by its expiry, so I checked the APC website for tracking. It showed that the driver was still on the first of 33 orders he had for that day. This didn't make sense, so I called the APC depot. I was told that the driver's tracking device wasn't working. When I asked when I could expect to receive my goods, I was told that he might have run out of time, and now be on his way back to the depot. I then had to ask when I would get the goods. It was like pulling teeth to get any info. Nothing was volunteered. I was finally told that the goods would be put on the next day's run. So I had to wait in the next day for the goods, which finally arrived around midday. This is my first experience of an APC delivery. Very poor. I've had many, many goods delivered by DPD over the past few years. Their depot is in Carlisle, much further away than APC's in Dumfries, and they have never failed to deliver on the notified day and time slot (which is 1 hour, not 2 like that of APC). Most people are reasonable if they are kept informed about progress. I had to do all the enquiring about where my package was. I cannot believe that the APC depot did not keep in contact with their driver. He surely had a mobile phone? Why did they not at least send me an email to let me know it would be the next day, instead of leaving me hanging about? Your goods are great - but until/unless you can choose a courier that meets its commitments, I would think twice about ordering from you again. Bob Bower

I know I was late ordering the seed potatoes this year. But the ones I received were the tag ends of the stock. It's a good job they grow -

Tried to order on iPad but could not get to where I could actually place order. After several attempts I phoned and got immediate helpful response and the potatoes arrived within two days . So thumbs down for internet ordering but full marks for telephone.u

I have purchased seed potatoes from you together with fertiliser over a number of years. I made an error in purchasing 2kg through Amazon. They were your potatoes and in your packaging. They were twice the price buying a further 2kg direct from you. A further purchase of Red Douke of York 10 tubers cost approx 50pence/tuber. Rather expensive as Thomson and Morgan were less for both. I do hope you will review your pricing for next year.

Products great but only 1days notice given by their chosen courier who then ignored request to delay delivery. Needs a more communicative and responsive delivery partner. I would be unlikely to buy from them again for that reason.

Two varieties of seed potatoes were ordered and delivered. 'Casablanca' tubers looked good but 'Lady Christl' were wet and some tubers had blackened shoots and looked as if they had been frozen at some stage. I have put them in a cool dry place to chit and will see whether the 'Lady Christl' tubers were damaged.

Order received promptly, how ever I will not be able to give any other response untill my potatoes are grown and harvested. The quality of them did not look first class but I will wait and see.

Whilst the potatoes were in very good condition ther was rather a lot of very small ones that would never be any goos the grow for show and probably not produce a good crop for the table.
