Normaly send out good quality seed potatoes from a very wide range of varieties.

I was not so pleased with my Lady Christl seed potatoes this year. Too many of them weighed less than 1.5 ounces. I know you cannot manufacture potatoes but I an not happy that 6 seed potatoes were used to make up the weight of my order. Unfortunately Lady Christl is my preferred first early but only a few growers sell them.

Seeds arrived very quickly well packaged in great condition removed 2* as they don't post to Northern Ireland so had to get them posted to someone in England then they posted over to me, could have saved a lot of hassle posting direct

The daffodil bulbs arrived in good time however I also ordered and paid for lawn weeed killer which has still not arrived

I ordered garlic from you recently it took over a week to arrive. I sent you an email but you didn’t reply and instead sent me a request to review my purchase. That’s why you have a 3 star rating

Disappointed to receive 2 packets of Purple and White Allium rather than 1 Purple and White and 1 Purple Sensation. When I phoned to ask about it I was informed I should have received a packet of tulips instead of the Purple Sensation which had run out.

Possibly I am being generous with this score. I cannot comment on the equipment as yet, but having to chase my order I week after payment taken was disappointing and then was not delivered to timescales advised either

Hi I received the snowdrops very promptly but I have not received the bulb planting compost. Please let me know where it has got to.

All OK, delivery by Royal Mail much slower than normal and 3 days behind their estimated delivery. Snowdrop bulbs: a few were mouldy. Maybe stored for a long time? Need to wait now until Jan/Feb to see if the remainder are good.

My item was due for delivery the day after ordering, which was quicker than expected. Unfortuntaley, I had a problem with the delivery. I received an email to say the item was delivered with photo evidence but this was not my house and I didn't have my item. I immediately rang Jamiesons but was unable to make contact, the phone rang out for around 3 minutes before an answerphone kicked in and I left a message. I then rang the deliver company and within half an hour the driver had retrieved my item from the incorrect address and delivered to me. They sorted this error quicker, professionally and politely. I tried to ring Jamiesons again to update them but once again they didn't answer the phone. Jamiesons are clearly not responsible for the incorrect delivery but they are responsible for not answering their telephone. Email contact was available but was not suitable when I was reaching out to them to sort a delivery issue quickly. I have no idea how long it would have taken them to respond to email contact. Luckily I was able to solve this customer service issue myself. Please answer your phone!

I've only attempted two purchases from Jamieson Brothers and, unfortunately, had difficulty both times so I won't be making future purchases from them. First, they employ DHL for their "overnight" deliveries. DHL is terrible at delivering on time and providing adequate tracking information. I cancelled a purchase that they were supposed to deliver before it arrived. I was told they were changing couriers so I thought I'd give them another chance. Jamieson Brothers then sent an email promoting pumpkin seeds that they were selling. I thought I'd like to try growing them; however, a defect in Jamieson Brothers website prevented me from putting the seeds in my online basket so I purchased seeds elsewhere. The online tab to put the seeds into my basket didn't work and you can imagine how frustrating it is tapping the icon to make a purchase and not have it work. I can't review any of their products because it has been so hard just to get them.

I ordered Anya seed potatoes from your website and received Swift early potaoes. I am certain I clicked on Anya and presumed that you had run out of that variety so dispatched Swift instead. I realise that I may have made a mistake so I gave them to my son instead. No worries. You asked for a review so I am giving it!

I initially was happy with the bare root plants I purchased but again when I opened the bag the sprouts from the roots were broken off in the bottom of the dirt. This is the second time this has happened with my purchases so I am disappointed.

Change your delivery company! This nonsense about precise arrival times which are not met is really stupid. Just tell us what day to expect the delivery and your customers can take it from there. Also, not much point in putting a bag of woodchip in a cardboard box that falls apart and can hardly be lifted
