“I had booked a next day fit to fly test. I was looking for the overnight option due to an emergency need but was confirmed by the team that you can do that only over weekdays. Very responsive on the call So I booked a slot on Sat morning following which the result came next day around 4PM, ahead of the 6PM timelines. I had reached out for checking on the status and Haroon had very kindly assisted with checking that things are looking on track - and indeed I got it couple of hours before the 6PM deadline. The experience at the Manchester testing site was really great. I arrived 10 mins ahead of the slot and was immediately proceeded to a booth where the lady explained the procedure and completed the test swabs in a few minutes. I think around 5-7 mins total in and out:) Thanks all for your prompt and responsive service I have already referred you to all my friends who are looking for any travel soon.”

“Had my test done multiple times at Hammersmith. Receptionists were very helpful with all the questions I had. The nurses are so kind and explain everything as it is. You can really see that all of them are trying their best to keep us all safe and provide their service to us risking their health. I also have to say, the venue is splendid and very clean. Definitely would reccomend this centre.”
