“Great service, immediate response by Haroon who confirmed test results should be within SLA and i did get them 2 hours ahead of the 6PM commitment Had talked on phone as well as live chat, really responsive and helpful team Experience in Manchester site is great - had taken my mum a few weeks back and went myself now. Very quick response, staff explained the process and i think was around 5-7 mins in and out:)”
