“Good customer service”

“Booking is easy, several convenient locations are available, the appointment slots when booked just a couple of days in advance also show very decent availability, staff is well organized and efficient and results come as promised timing-wise, however, I stopped using the service as their pricing now seems to be out of line with other options. Even though they lowered the PCR test price to 149,-, there are now many options in London at 120 range and a couple at 99,- GBP.”

“Good reliable service. First time I used them was in December, long queue, plenty of people waiting outside. Results came back later than expected (i booked the next day 6pm service, results came back 1am at night). It was stressful as i had a flight to catch the next day. Second time i used them was February, it was empty. Results came back earlier than expected (test to release) which was a pleasant surprise. All in all in general good experience. My advice to the company would be when it’s a busy season (e.g. christmas) try not to overbook and be able to manage accordingly as customers will get disappointed if they do not receive what expected.”

“Everything is great beyond the pricing on the test differentiating time results, pricing is extremely high for same day or next day results. Also when you communicate 48 hours results then it’s not Wright to send results at 6:00 pm afternoon. People are struggling to find flights into 72 hours by paying the test with two hours results.”

“The test centre was not that easy to find, I walked past it twice (Victoria location). Otherwise very efficient and quick if a little stark. Turnaround time very good and delivery of results both to the phone and email. Thank you.”
