“The service itself was very swift, and results arrived in plenty of time. Testing location was nearby and open on the Bank Holiday. My main gripe would be the price of the same day service, but if you're not in a hurry then I guess just use the standard.”

“Very happy with the service and prompt response to queries. Little unclear when booking for others what names to add on the initial form .. But overall very happy and will use again and will recommend. Booked for a relative and friend returning back to the UK after half term break as they are international students studying at boarding school”

“good customer service, quick results, professional testing staff with slightly less experienced onsite administrators (helpful and responsive when pressed, though somewhat less reassuring because of perceived unfamiliarity with my the special docs required by HK - my destination), which is fine because everybody starts somewhere).”

“Easy to access and good safety protocols throughout my visit. My only concern was the man taking my test swabbed the roof of my mouth rather than back of my throat which I pointed out. He said it should be fine but I'm nervous now that I'll get unreadable results or be charged to do the test again. .”

“High quality service, I felt comfortable and one-day result arrived right at 5.50 pm, so it was quick. The overall service was very good and I didn't have to wait, but I think the price is too high. (199£)”
