“testing at Hammersmith centre was organised and quick however the online queries is a bit slow - 24 hours to get a response is too slow for something like this pandemic.”

“Very fast and efficient service. I would suggest though that the appointment confirmation email - which has 'Your Appointment at Corona Test Centre' in the subject field, also has 'important - please read'. The instructions about not eating, drinking, smoking, brushing teeth etc for 2 hours beforehand are in the body of the email and might be missed.”

“Test Centre a little bit difficult to find, but once found was very pleased. Good friendly reception staff and an impressive environment. test carried out very quick by competent operative.”
