“Very quick and professional service. Nurse was very friendly. However I arrived early for my appointment and was out even before my appointment time, with no one else waiting to be seen. Yet my mother couldn’t make an appt because there were no available times, but more people could’ve been seen in this time, it would be better to have more available time slots.”

“The testing was friendly, quick and efficient. The door could possibly have been kept open, both for ventilation and because it was quite stiff. The reception guy was ok, but slightly on the heavy-handed side.”

“Everything was fine except for the price. It is outrageous to pay £275 to get a nose and throat swab for 3 minutes which includes £100 for having the results the next day when in mainland Europe it is done for free, or at least mostly refunded by their social services. Anyway, it's done now.”
